Madrid, Spain

The Madrid Language & Liberal Arts Program (Summer) offers the study of Spanish language, literature, and culture in one of Europe's liveliest capital cities. The student's level of preparation and background in Spanish will determine placement in different levels from intensive Spanish language courses to liberal arts courses that introduce students to topics such as contemporary Spanish culture, the history of Spanish painting, or twentieth-century Spanish writers. Excursions within Madrid and to cities such as Sevilla, Toledo, and Segovia complement the curriculum.
